Cara spent 10 years working in the Staffing industry as a Recruiter and Client Development Specialist. This combined experience provides her with a unique ability to understand the needs of both clients and candidates when discussing their hiring needs and career decisions. She is committed to providing the most confidential, creative and effective solutions to your staffing needs.

Cara is a member of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, Adirondack HR Association, BRNG and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. Cara also volunteers for CRAAB and American Cancer Society.
